Todd Clinics is seeking a friendly, people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our Sale team. This role is casual, ideal for someone who can work a few shifts per week and cover staff leave when needed. Shifts can start as early as 7:15am and finish as late as 8pm. Your Responsibilities: ✅ Welcome patients warmly and make them feel at home ✅ Answer calls and manage bookings ✅ Process payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS ✅ Support product sales (training provided) ✅ Keep the clinic calm, professional, and organized What We’re Looking For: ✔ Availability on Wednesday & Thursday afternoons with flexibility for extra shifts to cover leave ✔ Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with people ✔ Interest in health and wellness ✔ Professional, organized, and able to multitask ✔ Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve ✔ Strong communication skills to make patients feel at ease Reception experience is a bonus, especially in healthcare, but not essential we’ll provide training for the right person!
