Our production and warehousing team at Corbould Park (Caloundra) are small enough to feel like a family, yet large enough to offer varied tasks, and progression opportunities for dedicated team members. About the Role Working as part of our production and warehousing team, you will assist with the safe and efficient handling of aluminium and glass products from completion through to dispatch. Following induction and training, you will be providing assistance for Warehouse Forklift operation (if licenced) Wrapping finished product Picking and packing orders Moving products to storage Completing dispatch paperwork You may be trained in other departments of the factory, depending on the needs of the business, such as: Powder Coat Treating fencing products and components Hanging product on paint line to be powder coated Manually powder coating products in spray booth Removing product off paint line to be wrapped and dispatched Manufacturing Fabrication cutting to drawing specifications Preparing products for welding team About You You are a practical, dependable team member who takes pride in producing quality work and following processes. You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and understand the importance of safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You will ideally have: Comfortable using tools with strong attention to detail and quality focus Physically fit for repetitive manual work (lifting/moving aluminium and glass; standing, bending, reaching) Reliable team player with good communication skills Strong work ethic — punctual and available for rostered hours Forklift licence (LF) preferred (electric/combi) but not essential Safety-focused and able to follow WHS policies and procedures Please note: given the anticipated response to this position only those individuals selected for interview will be contacted You must be an Australian resident with unrestricted work rights to apply for this position.
