Role As Learning Platform & Content Lead, you will play a hands‑on role owning the Group’s learning platform and delivering practical, high‑quality learning content across Paspaley. Based in Darwin or Sydney, the role is focused on ELMO LMS administration, learning content creation, and the day‑to‑day delivery of training that supports compliance, operational capability and digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with business leaders and subject matter experts, you will translate knowledge into engaging, fit‑for‑purpose learning that is embedded into how the business operates. What You’ll Do: Own and administer the ELMO learning platform, including course setup, enrolments, access management, reporting and data integrity Design, build and maintain high‑quality learning content, including onboarding, compliance, systems and operational training Work hands‑on with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate knowledge into practical, engaging learning resources Deliver and support training for ERP and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring users are ready and supported Maintain learning documentation, templates and content standards to ensure consistency and quality across the Group Coordinate external training providers where required and manage content updates and renewals Track and report on learning completion, capability uplift and compliance outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Hands‑on experience administering a learning platform, preferably ELMO or similar Strong capability in learning content creation, including compliance, onboarding and systems training Experience working with subject matter experts to create practical, fit‑for‑purpose learning. Exposure to ERP or digital transformation training is desirable Comfortable working in regional or multi‑site environments with a delivery‑focused mindset.
