In this dynamic role, you'll: Attend & complete inspections at your portfolio of sites (60-70 sites). Manage relationships with all customers in allocated portfolio. Assist Executive and Operations Managers with new site or portfolio implementations. Ensure all Work Orders or complaints raised within your portfolio are actioned and completed within the KPI set. Quote ad hoc work & ensure successful delivery of the work for clients. Identify and feedback sales / quoting / recharge opportunities to the Executive Manager. Time sheet management and accurate payroll submissions each period All sites visited and inspected once per Month and iAuditor inspections performed and recorded at all sites. Respond to all communications from Dimeo Customer Care in a timely manner. To be the first point of call for site leads to contact with any issues or queries, to avoid Review, action and respond to site attendance reports you receive from customer service, ensuring you respond within required timeframes.
