What You’ll Be Doing As our Service & Parts Customer Liaison , you’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting both customers and our internal teams. Your days will include: Answering customer enquiries Booking service appointments and coordinating schedules Supporting the Parts and Service teams with administration and follow-ups Learning dealership systems and processes You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Interpreters, and other departments, gaining valuable skills and exposure along the way. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting. A bout you Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, booking platforms) Curiosity and eagerness to learn about service and parts operations · A secret superpower for being resourceful and always finding the best way to deliver amazing outcomes for our customers!
