Using test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions Dismantling and removing electrical and electronic assemblies and components Connecting power operated components and equipment to power supplies Performing routine servicing and maintenance Assist with the repairing refrigeration units Working on trailers, air con, alternators, generators, voltage regulators, starter motors, ignition switches, electrical wiring and various other mechanical and electrical parts to ensure the safe operation of company vehicles Completing work in a safe and efficient manner Accurate completion of all paperwork associated with fleet maintenance and repair What You’ll Bring: Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology ARC refrigerant handling license (ARCtick) Electrician and Air-conditioning Licence (preferable) Aptitude for hands on work and operating with a range of tools and equipment Professional manner with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Motivated, reliable and a good work ethic Candidates must have valid and current Australian working rights to be considered for this position.
