About The Role We are seeking experienced and reliable Personal Support Workers to join our team in the Outer North regions of Brisbane. We are building a large team of Personal Support Workers across a 24/7 roster. In this role, you'll provide person-centred, high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including: PEG Feeding and tracheostomy care Personal Care and Hygiene Mobility and transfers using hoists, slide boards, and slide sheets Monitoring health conditions, checking pressure areas, and assisting with medications. Your support will make a meaningful difference every day. What We're Looking For We want team members that are: Available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends, and public holidays. Experienced in Nursing, Aged Care, or Disability support, or currently studying. Confident and willing to train in complex care Strong and authentic communicators Essential Requirements Valid Driver's licence and reliable vehicle Completed relevant qualification, or working towards a relevant qualification Current Working with Children and NDIS Workers Screening Card, or willingness to obtain Smartphone Device Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation module, or willingness to obtain Why You'll Love Working with Us Casual role on a fixed fortnightly roster, designed to fit your life commitments.
