We are seeking a highly capable Project & Change Manager to lead and deliver strategic transformation relating to the integration of our EMEA and Australian Finance Functions. This hybrid role combines 75% project management responsibilities with 25% change management & adoption, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively while new ways of working are successfully embedded. Based in Sydney, this role operates within a complex, global environment and will work across multi-disciplinary teams to drive business value, optimise processes, and ensure change is understood, adopted, and sustained. Key Responsibilities Project Management (75%) Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large scale transformation projects, including business case development, requirements gathering, process improvement and implementation. Act as the key contact between Sydney and London which may involve alternative time zone working. Develop and maintain project documentation: project plans, RAID logs, action logs, risk assessments, status reporting, benefits tracking. Analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardisation, and optimisation. Provide structure and guidance on ways of working, organisational design, and operational improvements. Facilitate requirements sessions, and cross-functional discussions. Identify and manage interdependencies across projects and business units. Track and report project performance, KPIs, and benefits realisation. Support colleagues by educating them on project delivery tools and frameworks. Act decisively, operate with pace, and navigate ambiguity in a changeable environment. Change Management & Adoption (25%) Design and implement change and adoption approaches that align to programme needs and ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, or technology. Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and organisational readiness analyses. Develop integrated communication and engagement plans using a range of media including written, graphic, digital, and face-to-face channels. Develop and deliver training strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption. Define and track change success metrics, business value, ROI, and benefits realisation. Partner with senior stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and alignment to broader strategy. Support horizon scanning, market insights, and analysis of impacts to the business model and workforce. Contribute to the prioritisation of transformation opportunities across business functions. Key Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience delivering complex, multi-geography transformation projects, ideally within professional services or similar industries. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches). Demonstrated experience in change management principles, frameworks, and communication strategies. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including process analysis and modelling. Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels of an organisation. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise within a fast-paced environment. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous contexts. Highly motivated, collaborative, and pragmatic self-starter. Desirable Understanding of digital communications and innovative engagement methods. Exposure to organisational design activities. Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, APMP, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
