Key Responsibilities Include Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (including hoist use) Supporting daily hygiene: grooming, bathing, dressing and oral care Delivering personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management Providing basic wound care and assisting with self‑medication Offering domestic support such as meal preparation, household tasks and laundry Facilitating community access, including driving to appointments and social activities About You We Are Looking For People Who Are excellent listeners and communicate authentically Can work a fixed fortnightly roster (morning, afternoons, evenings and overnights available) Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle Hold, or willing to obtain, NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards Are experienced in the field, and/or hold relevant qualifications.
