Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.
