About The Team Our Operations team works with a diverse customer base to support several nationally significant supply chains. With management responsibility spanning across five states, our 8,500km rail network is used to transport bulk products, passenger and general freight, including steel and a vast array of consumer items such as groceries, electrical goods and other items for both import and export markets. The Operations teams work within several complex and challenging environments, including some of the busiest rail corridors in Australia to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable service delivery outcomes for its customers, stakeholders and the community. About The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Structures Infrastructure Maintainer to join our regional team based in Dubbo. This role involves inspections, examinations, and functional checks on rail structures across the network and involves significant travel to regional locations. Role is located in Dubbo; however other locations may be considered. Promote a strong safety culture through compliance with ARTC safety standards. Carry out planned and reactive inspections of ARTC structures. Perform minor structural repairs as required. Identify, record, and report defects to maintain safe rail operations. Supervise and sign off on structural repair works. Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment. What do we want from you? Current drivers’ licence – Class C Well-developed problem-solving skills and communications skills Basic Computer skills Ability to work in a team environment.
