The Role As an Oral Health Therapist at Nova, you will play a critical role across the patient journey — from treatment preparation through to long-term maintenance and prevention. Working within our structured implant treatment pathway, you will: Provide periodontal therapy and implant maintenance Deliver oral hygiene education tailored to complex restorative cases Support pre- and post-surgical patient care Assist with long-term recall and prevention programs Collaborate closely with Surgeons, Dentists, Treatment Coordinators and Nursing teams Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes and experiences This is not a hygiene-only role. It is a clinical partnership role within a high-performance implant team. What We’re Looking For AHPRA-registered Oral Health Therapist Strong clinical capability in periodontal therapy and maintenance Confidence working within surgical and restorative environments Excellent patient communication skills A team-first mindset and growth-oriented attitude Passion for high standards, precision, and patient transformation Experience in implant maintenance or full-arch rehabilitation is highly regarded — but mindset and capability matter most.
