About the Role: As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and supporting a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional results. You’ll act as the go-to person for your team mates, providing guidance, motivation, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure every clean meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example cleaning clients’ homes to a high standard and on time alongside the team. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles. Supervise and support a team of cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and on time. Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with our standards and client requirements. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Leadership skills – You’re a natural motivator with experience managing or supervising a team. ✔️ Eye for detail – You take pride in ensuring nothing is overlooked. ✔️ Problem-solving mindset – You can think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances. ✔️ Great communicator – You can clearly give directions, provide feedback, and liaise with clients professionally. ✔️ Experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential; we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
