Find purpose and impact The Arts and Culture Project Support Officer provides administrative and project support to the Arts and Culture Branch to ensure the effective delivery of cultural projects across the region. You will make an impact by coordinating project activities, preparing documentation, supporting procurement processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with stakeholder engagement and reporting. Working closely with the Manager Arts and Culture, the position helps deliver initiatives within the Regional Cultural Plan and ensures projects comply with organisational policies, funding requirements and operational standards. You’ll make an impact by: Providing efficient project administration including document preparation, scheduling, reporting and record management to support timely delivery of arts and culture projects. Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and information flow between staff, contractors and stakeholders. Supporting procurement activities including processing purchase orders, invoices and monitoring project expenditure in line with policy. Assisting with development of funding applications, submissions, reports and project documentation related to the Regional Cultural Plan. Contributing to stakeholder engagement, team collaboration and monitoring of service delivery across arts and cultural initiatives. What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will need: Certificate III in Office Administration, or equivalent. Highly developed organisational, written and oral communication skills. Experience in customer service or administration service position. Advanced proficiency in business related computer software (Microsoft Office Applications). Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and liaise effectively with range of stakeholders. Sound financial administration skills including procurement processes and reporting. We would also love you to have: Experience working within a cultural service, facility or tourism environment. Experience in supporting development of grants or business reports.
