About the Role: We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses and Complex Care Disability Support Workers to provide compassionate, high-quality support to a young participant in the Baldivis area. This role involves delivering complex clinical and personal care supports, including PEG feeding, medication and oxygen administration, and assistance with daily living. A variety of shifts are available across a 24/7 roster, including day and afternoon shifts, active and non-active overnight shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life while working within a supportive and professional care team. About you: You are a compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse or Complex Care Disability Support Worker with at least 12 months’ complex care experience. You are confident supporting PEG feeding, medication administration and other high-level clinical needs. You have experience working with autism, epilepsy and behaviours of concern, and can effectively implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies. You communicate clearly in fluent English and are willing to work across a 24/7 roster, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends and public holidays. Above all, you bring a calm, patient and person-centred approach to supporting a young participant and their family.
