With a strong focus on onboarding, digital learning, and the continuous improvement of our learning systems and programs, this role partners closely with key stakeholders across Support Teams and our Campus Network to shape, deliver, and enhance learning programs. The role supports the development, coordination, and facilitation of key learning initiatives across the first 100 days, mandatory compliance, and leadership development programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the new starters learning experience for all OAC employees successful onboarding and first 100 days across all locations Coordinate and facilitate fortnightly New Starter Welcome Days (NSW, VIC, QLD) Oversee onboarding logistics, pre-learning compliance, and stakeholder engagement Ensure alignment with Fair Work and Early Years Learning frameworks Review and refine onboarding materials and digital content Oversee L&D administration and logistics Manage learning calendar, training sessions, room bookings, and materials Track attendance, update LMS records, and manage feedback/reporting Drive digital learning experience Enhance use of LMS and create engaging digital learning content Administer LMS (user setup, content management, system settings) L&D systems and process improvements Improve onboarding/offboarding processes and digital HR systems Contribute to continuous learning and employee journey design Contribute to L&D strategy and initiatives Support annual L&OD plans and contribute to strategic planning Assist with major L&D events (e.g. Leaders Conference, OAC LEAD sessions) Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is desirable (not essential) Experience in delivering and evaluating impactful training programs or learning initiatives. Experience with onboarding / first 100 days success learning pathways and content Understanding of adult learning principles and proficiency in instructional design methodologies.
