We are looking for a reliable and compassionate support worker to assist a teenage boy with Cerebral Palsy in Pakenham. The participant is non-verbal and requires support with personal care and daily activities. Experience working with individuals with Behaviours of Concern (BOCs) is highly regarded. Location: Pakenham, VIC 3810 Shift: Tuesday and Wednesday 2pm - 7pm Saturday - 10am - 4pm Duties & Responsibilities: Provide personal care and hygiene support Support in the home and community Implement behaviour support strategies (BOCs) Build a positive and consistent relationship with the participant About You: You have a genuine passion for helping others. Must be reliable and committed to ongoing shifts Previous experience working with people with disabilities, preferably children or teens Confident in providing personal care Calm, patient, and proactive You can communicate effectively and clearly in English – written and verbal.
