Provide compassionate, personalized premium care that improves the lives of our clients Follow care plans developed by the Clinical Leadership team Ensure client safety, using all equipment properly and safely Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and records Offer a wide range of caregiving and nursing support services Be reliable and able to work unsupervised Working flexible shifts (from 2 hours) across mornings, evenings, overnights & weekends (24/7 Service) We're proud to offer a supportive team environment led by Clinical Team Leaders who work alongside you - because they understand what you do, every day. What You’ll Bring Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse Clinical experience across community, acute, aged care, or disability nursing, highly regarded Strong clinical skills across areas such as medication administration, wound care, tracheostomy care, seizure management, enteral feeding, paediatric care, and/or catheter care Excellent communication with clients, care and leadership team Fluent written and spoken English High computer literacy is essential: proficiency in online Client Management Systems and G-Suite applications (G-mail, Chat, Drive, Docs & Sheets) Mandatory Requirements Current AHPRA registration Valid CPR and First Aid certification Valid Australian driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle Legal right to work in Australia Valid Working with Children Check Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Apply Now If you’re a passionate nurse ready to lead with compassion, drive meaningful change, and make a profound difference in the lives of others, we’d love to hear from you!
