We are seeking a Campus Principal for our Nathalia, VIC Campus! The Campus: Our beautiful Nathalia Campus is situated in the north central regional Victoria town of Nathalia. The town is the centre of a large farming area through which the Broken Creek flows. The Campus is set in peaceful surroundings very close to the centre of town.The Campus also caters for students from Shepparton, who travel by minibuses each day. The Position: As the Campus Principal, you will be responsible for the management and professional leadership of the campus on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of the curriculum with a focus on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity! In this role you will be expected to: Manage the administration of the Campus. Support and respect the School’s Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring the school curriculum is delivered in line with the Australian Curriculum requirements across Years 3 - 12 In association with the Campus Directors, plan the school budget and keep to the agreed budgets Focus on enhanced student achievement and engagement for all students across the school. Small Teaching load as required. Skills and Experience: The successful candidate will have previous school leadership experience which may include primary sub-school, secondary sub-school, campus leadership or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning leadership.
