About the role Spearwood Recycling is seeking a capable and adaptable HR Driver and Yard All Rounder to join our growing team in Bibra Lake, WA. As a HR Driver and Yard All Rounder, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recycling operations through a variety of driving and yard duties. What you'll be doing but not limited to Safely operating heavy rigid vehicles to transport materials and equipment as required Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles by hand or forklift. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the yard and warehouse areas Providing general assistance with a range of recycling tasks and yard operations Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and environmental regulations Learning about different metals and how to break them down What we're looking for A current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence and experience operating heavy vehicles Forklift ticket Hook Truck Experience and Scrap Metal knowledge a bonus All rounder in the Yard and warehouse The ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team A flexible and adaptable approach to handle a range of duties as required General computer skills a bonus What we offer At Spearwood Recycling, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
