The Role We are currently seeking a Casual Trade Yard Team Member (Monday- Friday with the occasional public holiday, up to 38 hours) to join our busy team at our Torrensville Trade Centre! We are looking for a motivated and inspiring individual who is looking to work for a company with great culture, ongoing development and growth opportunities and great staff discounts. As a Trade Yard Team Member, you will be the face of the business dealing directly with trade customers, assisting with sales, stock replenishment, and developing a strong sales standard within the community. Responsibilities include: Provide GREAT service and advise customers on hardware products and services Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs Manage stock levels, minimise shrinkage and stock loss Maintain correct stock tickets Perform stock refill Requires skills and attributes: Strong understanding of WHS requirements Customer Service background Forklift licence highly desirable Knowledge of trade products ideal, but not required Strong interpersonal skills and able to work within a team Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly What we can provide you!
