We’re currently piloting our Small Business Development Program, designed to support existing Aboriginal businesses to grow, increase revenue, and create employment opportunities. About the Role As a Small Business Growth Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in helping Aboriginal small businesses achieve their aspirations. You’ll work across multiple regions, building trusted relationships, facilitating strategic planning workshops, and providing hands‑on business coaching. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the future of our SBD Program. What You’ll Do Engage Aboriginal Small Business Owners and support their growth journey. Apply the Many Rivers Small Business Journey Framework to deliver tailored coaching and planning. Assist with financial planning, cashflow forecasting, and loan applications. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen networks and drive program success. Contribute to the development of systems, tools, and processes for the SBD Pilot. What We’re Looking For / Selection Criteria Experience in small business ownership, business coaching, or development. Strong understanding of business operations, financial planning, and strategic growth. Ability to build trusted relationships and work with diverse cultural contexts (experience with Indigenous communities highly regarded). Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills. Comfortable with frequent travel and working autonomously within a supportive team environment. Why Join Us?
