The scope of this role is to assist with the management of all three of our services: the Self Representation Service, Pro Bono Connect and Homeless Legal. You will provide legal and administrative assistance to the Principal Solicitor and Solicitors and be the first port of call to JusticeNet generally. You will: Act as the first point of call to all users of our various services, and be able to direct those calls to where they need to go. Explain to clients and potential clients what assistance is provided by JusticeNet, and eligibility for assistance from the services. Assist clients to apply for assistance and to provide necessary documents. Assist with administration of our services, including making appointments for clients, liaising with solicitors, ensuring documentation is collated, opening and closing files. Organise volunteer support, including liaising with partner law firms and preparing rosters for volunteer solicitors. Assist our solicitors in liaising with service partners.
