Description Join a trusted, family‑owned transport leader and play a key role in keeping our linehaul network moving. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Linehaul Support Officer to support the coordination of our long‑distance transport operations and ensure goods move efficiently across our network. In this full‑time position, you’ll assist with monitoring linehaul runs, coordinating schedules, resolving operational issues, and supporting drivers and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with our Linehaul Supervisor and Manager to keep operations running smoothly, accurately, and safely. What You’ll Do Support daily linehaul operations, tracking delays and escalating issues when needed. Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and drivers regarding schedules and documentation. Prepare and maintain accurate data, reports, and registers using MTData, TruckMate, Excel, and other systems. Uphold compliance, safety, and company procedures while assisting with process improvement initiatives. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Experience in administration, transport, logistics, or a similar environment (desirable). Strong communication skills and a positive, service‑focused approach. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with transport software is an advantage.
