You’ll step into a full-time role based in Toowoomba on Giabal and Jarowair Country, where you’ll help shape the future of a diverse mix of commercial customers. You’ll look after a diversified portfolio, getting to know established businesses while spotting new opportunities to help them grow. You’ll work closely with your commercial banking teammates and internal partners to uncover smart solutions, back local industry, and structure lending that genuinely supports business ambition. This is a role where variety comes with the territory. One moment you’ll be deep in conversations with customers about their next big move, the next you’ll be shaping complex lending deals that make a real difference. What do I need? • Strong commercial lending experience with a focus on cashflow lending and structuring complex deals • Confident analytical skills and the ability to interpret balance sheets and financial statements • Experience managing customer relationships in a commercial or emerging corporate environment • A knack for business development, including winning and onboarding new to bank customers • The ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships across internal teams Why join us?
