We currently have opportunities available for: Factory Worker What We Offer Full-time hours with casual start – potential for permanent role A clean, modern factory environment Supportive team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement On-the-job training for the right candidate Opportunity to grow your career in a respected SA business Duties & Responsibilities: Curtains, Blinds, Awning & Security Assembly Cutting of fabrics & hardware based on the work instructions Identifying the required components to use Use of measuring tools & measuring accurately Interpret work instructions specific to the orders Can be part of the curtain manufacturing for those with sewing experience Be part of the work team, collaborating with other team members and the team leader Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Duty of care & focus on safety What We're Looking For: Manufacturing background Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and stand for long hours Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines High attention to detail and pride in your work Blind, Awning, Security & Curtain making skills are not essential but will be an advantage Willing to cross-skills & adaptable to change Effective communication and the ability to collaborate with team members Computer literacy Reliable & Punctual Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa) About You You're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in what you do, and works well in a team.
