Protech are looking for experienced Construction/ Industrial Electricians to perform work with our client on a 20:8 roster near Karratha. ABOUT THE ROLE Competitive pay rates and conditions Penalty pay rates allowances 20:8 FIFO Roster with Karratha based accommodation Perm directly with the project contractor with long-term project opportunities available Immediate Start availalbe or Flexible start date in January/ February Interstate applicants accepted with flight paid from major cities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Installation of electrical conduits within trenches – includes civil trenching works and manual backfill of trenches to site specifications Execute work by following comprehensive procedures in conjunction with adhering to work instructions laid down in work packs. Install and / or remove temporary electrical / lighting reticulation circuits Install and / or remove electrical equipment Install of electrical cable including pulling and tying Complete Inspection and Test Records (ITR’s) Complete electrical appliance and portable equipment testing and tagging TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Electrical License WA – mandatory Perform CPR/LVR – mandatory Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) – desirable License to Perform High Risk Work Elevated Work Platform (WP) endorsement – mandatory Work Safely at Heights – mandatory Current Driver’s License – mandatory White Construction Card Confined Space Entry – desirable Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen Full Working Rights in Australia HOW TO APPLY? click APPLY below or call Katie on 0409 785
