This role is critical to deepening that trust and driving measurable growth across our channels. We are looking for a Social & Community Growth Lead who understands that social media is not just content, it is brand building, commercial growth and community connection. This is a strategic and hands on role responsible for driving engagement, consideration and conversion across DTC, practitioner wholesale and hospitality audiences. This is not a passive content role. You will play a key role in shaping how ETTO shows up in the world. The mission. Drive brand authority. Build community. Convert attention into revenue. Across DTC, practitioner wholesale and hospitality channels. What you’ll do. Create high performing, premium content that positions ETTO as a category leader. Increase output of UGC creative more consistently. Translate our ingredient halo and Australian manufacturing edge into sharp, platform native storytelling. Drive measurable growth across Meta and emerging channels. Build and execute a disciplined content calendar aligned to launches, campaigns and wholesale strategy. Plan and deploy paid social initiatives in collaboration with leadership. Analyse performance weekly and report clearly on growth, engagement and revenue impact. Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase, retention and wholesale enquiry. Work directly with leadership to ensure social strategy supports commercial objectives. Continuously test, iterate and optimise. Who you are. 2 years in social and lifecycle marketing within ecommerce or premium brands. You’ve grown channels, not just posted content. You can ideate, shoot, edit and publish end to end. You understand premium positioning and restraint. You think commercially, engagement without revenue doesn’t excite you. You’re confident reading data and making decisions from it. You move quickly and thrive in high accountability environments. You are comfortable in your capabilities and can own your own creative and manage targets. Proficient in Meta platforms, CRM systems and analytics tools. Experienced with Adobe, Canva/Figma, CapCut or equivalent. Perth based and able to work part time initially. Why this role matters.
