We specialise in water damage restoration, mould remediation, delivering professional, high-quality service with integrity. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. You will receive hands-on training in specialised restoration services, including: Flood damage response Mould removal Structural drying This role involves working across residential, commercial and government properties - often in time sensitive or challenging environments. No two jobs are the the same. Duties include: Respond to water, mould, and fire events Operate drying equipment, including air scrubbers, air movers and dehumidifiers Perform cleaning, decontamination, and restoration work Record data, capture photos, and prepare job documentation Work independently and as part of a team in the field Communicate professionally with clients Travel to remote and regional job sites when required What we are looking for: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physically fit and capable of manual labour Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to work flexible hours, including after-hours or weekends when needed Current driver’s licence (essential) Construction White Card (preferred or willing to obtain) Working with Children Card (Blue Card Preferred or willing to obtain) Previous experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration (desirable but not required) Must be able to pass a police check Full training provided, including IICRC certification opportunities for the right candidate.
