As Healthia continues to strengthen its national physiotherapy footprint, we are seeking a Regional Partner to support a portfolio of up to 20 independent physiotherapy clinics across South Australia and Tasmania. This is an important leadership role, part of our national operations team, where you'll partner closely with clinic partners and leaders to drive sustainable performance, strong team culture, and long-term growth. The Role This is a field-based leadership role designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments. As Regional Partner, you'll work alongside clinic partners, providing coaching, operational guidance, and strategic insight to help each clinic perform at its best, both clinically and commercially. You'll oversee the operational and financial performance of your region, identify opportunities to improve systems and outcomes, and ensure Healthia's national initiatives are effectively embedded at a local level. Acting as a trusted partner to clinic owners, you'll bridge the gap between central support teams and on-the-ground practitioners, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-quality patient care. About You Ideally based in Adelaide, you enjoy being out in clinics and are comfortable with some interstate travel to stay closely connected with clinic partners and teams. You're a confident, values-driven leader with proven experience managing multiple sites or a portfolio of clinics, ideally within allied health or a comparable healthcare environment. With a minimum of three years in a regional or multi-site leadership role, you bring strong commercial awareness, sound financial capability, and a practical approach to operational excellence. You lead through influence and relationships rather than hierarchy, and are recognised for your coaching mindset and ability to develop others.
