About Us CRANAplus ensure the delivery of safe, high quality primary healthcare to remote and isolated areas of Australia. We are a grassroots, not-for profit, membership based organisation that has provided nearly 40 years of education, support and professional services for the multi-disciplinary remote health workforce. The role The Digital Learning & Systems Specialist designs and delivers engaging digital learning experiences and ensures our learning platforms run smoothly day to day. Using a blend of learning design, system administration, analytics and governance, this role makes learning easy to access, high quality, and aligned to business priorities. Initial Key focus areas include: Design and deliver engaging digital learning (eLearning, blended, microlearning, mobile-first) Build interactive online learning using modern tools and multimedia (including video, guides and other support resources) Manage the day-to-day administration of our learning platform Coordinate system integrations and vendor support, including testing, platform updates and change plans Analyse learning engagement metrics and implement initiatives to improve engagement and completion rates Maintain governance and compliance across content and systems Lead and support the eRemote Learning Administrator to deliver consistent, high-quality platform and learning support. Please note that this role will require some travel within Australia, including to rural and remote communities. What We're Looking For: 3 years’ experience in digital learning design, LMS administration or similar A Bachelors Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Multimedia Design, or Computer Programming.
