A fantastic temp 3 month contract opportunity to work with a supported disability and community housing organisation which provides social and affordable housing for vulnerable and disadvantaged people. Customers are at the centre of how they approach their work. As a highly valued Tenancy Officer this role involves managing properties effectively and efficiently and includes the following key responsibilities: Providing a highly responsive and flexible tenancy management service Property inspections including follow up work regarding health and safety matters Managing rents in accordance with the Act and conducting regular rent reviews in accordance with policy requirements Support tenant consultation and encouraging to provide feedback Using the Chintaro database to keep up to date information, entering data accurately Monitor maintenance follow up In this role you will be be someone who: Has excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work with vulnerable and disadvantaged people Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and tribunal processes Has police, working with children and NDIS clearance A current SA driver’s Licence – ongoing requirement Has a minimum of 2 years experience working in property management (residential) or as a Tenancy Officer / Property Manager in community housing incorporating the full range of residential property management activities Someone who aims to continually improve how things are done and keeping people safe Has computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of products and tenancy databases Whats on Offer?
