Join a high-performing logistics support team operating within a secure, compliance-driven Defence environment. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Compliance Officer to manage site access administration, compliance checks, temperature-controlled facilities, and logistics reporting activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational integrity, security compliance, and continuous improvement across the site. Your responsibilities will include: As an integral member of the logistics support team, you will coordinate access control, oversee compliance processes, monitor controlled storage environments, and provide reporting insights that support operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the issuing, updating, renewal and revocation of site access passes for staff, contractors and visitors in line with corporate security policy Maintain and oversee site access control lists and visitor management processes Manage visitor pre-approvals ensuring compliance with Security and Export/Import Control requirements Coordinate and deliver site induction training covering Security, EHS and emergency procedures Raise and track purchase requisitions to support maintenance and supply support activities Monitor temperature-controlled storage facilities, performing and recording weekly compliance checks Generate and analyse logistics metrics and material-management reports Provide high-level administrative and operational support to project managers and team members Drive continuous improvement across logistics, compliance and reporting processes About you: You are an organised and detail-oriented logistics professional who understands the importance of compliance, security, and accuracy in a Defence or highly regulated environment. Essential Qualifications & Experience Significant experience within a professional logistics environment or relevant qualifications to Diploma level Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with ERP and/or warehouse management systems Strong analytical capability with experience generating and interpreting complex logistics and material-management reports High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance-driven processes simultaneously Desirable Qualifications Experience in purchasing, vendor management or stock control Familiarity with Defence-industry physical security standards and regulatory requirements Experience working within secure or export-controlled environments Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
