The successful candidate will be passionate about weddings and events and be motivated to exceed guest expectations whilst creating an outstanding dining experience. Responsible for assisting the Head Chef you will be a consummate professional with an engaging personality and impeccable communication skills. Reporting to the Head Chef and working alongside Function & Events Coordinators you will have a keen eye for the finer details as well as the ability to multi-task and bring a creative energy to the kitchen team. The Valley Estate is a bespoke wedding & function centre in the beautiful Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast. With its Manor, Chapel, Glasshouse and extensive gardens, The Valley Estate is the complete wedding venue, offering prospective couples the unique opportunity to host their ceremony, photoshoot and reception all within the one venue. On offer is a full-time, salaried position.
