You will develop strong relationships with sub-contractors (installers) to build a thriving work relationship of trust and camaraderie. Installers will filter all installation type enquiries and concerns/issues through the installation coordinator to a positive resolution. You will also be the first touch point for servicing enquires and filter these through to our sub-contractors to organise and attend themselves. As times you will be a direct contact for the end customer when a difficult or involved installation takes place and will assist the Solahart Sydney direct team with any team tasks to ensure the success of all work functions. To be successful in this role you will have; Inbound and outbound call centre experience Customer support skills are essential. Scheduling experience Excellent communication both verbal and written. The ability to build rapport with customers, sales teams and internal partners.
