The Queens Arms Hotel in Quarry Hill, Victoria is seeking a talented and experienced Qualified Chef to join our team. As a Qualified Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals for our hotel guests and restaurant patrons. This is a full-time role located at our hotel in Quarry Hill. What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking a diverse range of meals for hotel guests and restaurant customers Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with health and safety regulations Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations and optimise productivity Assisting with menu planning and recipe development to continuously improve the dining experience Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment Undertaking administrative duties such as stock management and cost control What we're looking for Formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience as a Qualified Chef Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Qualified Chef in a similar hospitality environment Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food presentation Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Collaborative team player with strong communication skills Passion for delivering exceptional customer service What we offer At the Queens Arms Hotel, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
