What You’ll Be Doing: Be the first point of contact for clients, buyers and vendors, managing reception, calls and enquiries in a professional manner. Provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team in a fast-paced real estate environment. Prepare listing documentation, agency agreements, and ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately. Coordinate property marketing - including photography, online listings, brochures and signboards. Maintain and update CRM database, register buyer enquiries and assist with vendor reporting. Assist with preparation for open homes, buyer registrations and general campaign support. Maintain organised property files and office systems with a high level of attention to detail. Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while contributing to a positive team environment.
