Your Role: We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a strong, professional service culture. You will take ownership of the restaurant floor, ensuring seamless service, strong team leadership and operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong organisational capability, attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and the commercial nous to balance guest experience with operational performance. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service standards and floor management Manage rostering, staffing levels, and team performance Maintain a welcoming and professional dining environment Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service between kitchen and front-of-house Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and workplace regulations Drive a strong team culture focused on hospitality and attention to detail Who We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing a premium restaurant or hospitality venue A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating teams Strong organisational and communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment A professional, hands-on approach to service Why Join Us?
