Description The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 8am – 5:15pm . Role Overview: As a Contact Centre Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries and bookings professionally. Advising patients of preparation for relevant scans. Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
