As an integral part of our residential sales team, you will help ensure an exceptional customer experience and contribute to strong sales outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting clients, delivering high‑quality customer service to help achieve strong NPS results. Supporting Sales Consultants, Sales Operations Executives and Sales Managers with day‑to‑day sales activity. Assisting Sales Consultants in achieving sales rates as determined by the Sales Manager. Attending and minuting weekly meetings. Preparing reports, documents and supporting sales administration. Coordinating sales and marketing functions such as display suite openings and project launches (weekend work required) Assisting with management of sales floorplans, schedules and reporting. Ensuring display suites and sales offices are well‑presented and fully stocked. Keeping sales isometrics up to date. Booking appointments and managing diaries. Liaising with the Sales Coordinator and Marketing team on display maintenance and cleaning. Building market and competitor knowledge through research and networking Assisting with client‑related paperwork, enquiries, follow‑ups and liaising with solicitors regarding deposits, exchanges and settlements. Supporting compliance with Mirvac Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship operations. Your point of difference You are an experienced sales professional with 2–3 years’ experience, ideally in a real estate sales environment. You will also bring: Availability to work most weekends. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Administration and/or sales experience. Experience in database management. A Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Agent’s Representative (or working towards). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes. Polished personal presentation.
