Whether you're a sales superstar or a customer-focused individual with a passion for fitness and a commitment to providing an exceptional member experience we want you on the team Membership Consultant (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation and Servicing: Proactively source and follow up on new business leads. Service digital leads following best practice, offering outstanding service over the phone and in person. · Sales and Closing: Confidently conduct club tours, present membership options, and close sales. · Referral Mastery: Actively obtain and convert POS referrals. · Community Engagement: Create brand awareness through local outreach and B2B connections. · Customer Service: Handle membership enquiries via phone, email, and social media. You must love calling and speaking to people, establishing connections and conducting needs analysis. · Social Media and Marketing: Assist in creating engaging content to drive interest. You must love being in front of the camera and enjoy building an online community. · Administration and Organisation: Be diligent at following club policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance across the board. Support reception with admin, POS retail, and general club tasks as required. To be successful in this role, you will need: · Sales-Driven: Proven experience in sales with a strong ability to hit and exceed targets. · Confident Communicator: Outstanding phone manner and interpersonal skills. · Proactive and Resilient: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on challenges. · Organised and Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy and administrative skills. Experience using GymSales, Debit Success and Clubware is a huge plus! · Passionate About Fitness: A genuine interest in the health and fitness industry, and helping others improve their quality of life. · Team Player: Reliable, flexible, and a great work ethic.
