This is a role where you will be representing Services Australia, working on behalf of the Australian Government in our Digital Support Team. What You Need to Know About Your New Role Training: Receive paid training in a supportive environment. Helping Customers: Use self-service portals to help you and your customers resolve their enquiries Building Connections: Make every customer feel valued and heard with genuine connections Customer Care: Deliver top-notch service in every interaction, leaving customers happy and satisfied. Start Dates: Multiple start dates over the next few months Roster: Work a rotating roster, between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
