Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will deliver professional hair services while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your Role and Responsibilities Conducting in-depth client consultations to assess hair condition, personal style preferences, and desired results Delivering precision hair cutting, trimming, shaping, and styling services using professional tools and techniques Performing shampooing, conditioning, and specialised scalp and hair treatments to maintain hair health Executing advanced colouring services including bleaching, foiling, highlighting, toning, and corrective colour applications Providing professional hair treatments such as smoothing, straightening, and intensive conditioning services Recommending suitable hairstyles, personalised hair care routines, and professional salon products to clients Ensuring all workstations, tools, and salon areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements Managing client appointments and maintaining accurate client records where required Keeping up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques, and industry best practices Skills & Attributes Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and attention to detail Professional presentation and a positive attitude Qualifications & Experience AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV in Hairdressing, or a higher relevant qualification Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time work experience as a hairdresser Knowledge of Australian workplace health and safety standards What We Offer Competitive salary package: AUD 76,515 – 86,515 Stable, full-time employment Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity for skill development and career growth How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, relevant qualifications, and a brief cover letter outlining their suitability for the role.
