Allstaff Resources are currently seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Packers to support our clients' growing operations located in Wingfield. Working as part of a cohesive production team, you will be responsible for packing various component kits. Duties include, but are not limited to: Accurately assemble and pack kits according to picking sheets and instructions Ensure all items meet quality and quantity standards before dispatch Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets Maintain a safe and organised workstation at all times Successful candidates will possess the following: Strong communication skills and the ability to read and follow picking sheets Proven reliability and a solid employment history Physically capable of handling up to 20kg Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is highly regarded What’s on Offer: $34.00ph plus penalties for overtime 38 hours per week Comprehensive training and support from an experienced leadership team A safe, professional, and inclusive workplace If you’re looking to build your career within a reputable manufacturer and thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply today.
