This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in civil construction, working alongside experienced tradespeople, plant operators and supervisors. You will be required on site Monday to Friday, 6:30am starts with potential Saturday work as required. Key Responsibilities General civil labouring duties across active construction sites Assisting plant operators, trades and supervisors on utilities and wastewater works Manual handling, trenching, spotting and site preparation tasks Set up and pack down of job sites in line with site requirements Completion of pre-starts, JSEAs and other site documentation Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work site Adhering to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements About You Previous civil construction, utilities or wastewater experience preferred Construction Induction Certificate ( White Card ) Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport Physically fit and capable of manual labour Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Strong safety awareness and a positive attitude Zancott Recruitment strongly encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply.
