You'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly contribute to WorkSafe's key strategic performance priorities, including prevention, return-to-work outcomes, service excellence for our injured workers and financial sustainability. Using project management frameworks and fit for purpose techniques, the Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the effective management, execution and reporting of relevant projects, including being a vital support to the project team and vendors, and co-ordinate the deliverables to achieve the agreed strategic improvements spanning across people, process, and systems. About you You are an organised, detail-oriented project professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you will have: Demonstrated experience supporting complex projects and implementing change outcomes in technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and confidently. The ability to scope, manage and maintain impact assessments and project plans within schedule and budget. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience influencing senior leaders with a proven ability to influence outside of formal reporting lines. End-to-end project lifecycle experience across planning and delivery Experience working with PRINCE2, PMBOK, Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
