About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for Customer Administration and Service Officers to join our team at our Kwinana site to support the scheduling and delivery operations of our Fertiliser business during our busy season. As a crucial part of the team, you will liaise with various internal departments and key external stakeholders including, customers, fertiliser distributors, sales agents, service contractors, suppliers and road transport companies. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate arrival and despatch of granular and liquid fertilisers. Conduct inductions and provide training on despatch systems. Manage appointments and ensure compliance with loading guidelines. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards. About you: A background in customer service, with a high level of integrity. Excellent phone manner and overall communication skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised. Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks Experience using computerised sales systems and proficient in MS Office applications. High level of problem solving capability and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to handle a high volume of work & challenging situations. Ability to work in a flexible work environment.
