Job details 6/6 roster offering great work-life balance $59.28 per hour casual flat rate Opportunity to work within a leading Bowen Basin mining operation Short Description WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Lab Technician for an exciting opportunity at a Bowen Basin mine site on a 6/6 roster. This role offers a competitive casual flat rate and the opportunity to contribute to a high performing Mine Operations team. About Our Client Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with with local or DIDO opportunities available. About the Position You will be responsible for collecting, preparing, and analysing samples. Using laboratory equipment, record and report results, and ensure testing is completed accurately and in line with site procedures. The role plays an important part in supporting production by providing reliable data that helps maintain product quality and operational efficiency, while always adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.
