Lead and Drive Sales Across Assigned Field Accounts Develop strong commercial relationships, execute a structured sales call cycle, forecast effectively, and target high‑potential accounts that align with PUMA’s consumer strategy. Execute Seasonal Go-To-Market Activities Own the seasonal selling process, prioritise key customers, contribute to segmentation and assortment planning, and help strengthen brand desirability in NZ retail. Manage and Maintain the B2B Platform Ensure accurate account setup, product data, pricing, and content. Monitor usage, activate low‑engagement customers, deliver onboarding and training, and drive order conversion and digital efficiency. Deliver Seasonal Sell-In Targets and Sell-Through KPIs Achieve your sell-in goals, align expectations with customers, maintain a clean and accurate order book, and drive strong sell-through outcomes across your territory. Support Field Account Strategic Initiatives Conduct structured store visits and business reviews, track retail KPIs, and collaborate with partners to strengthen performance and partnership value. Experience and Education 2–3 years of sales experience in sporting goods, FMCG, or apparel Proven success managing a territory and delivering sales targets Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field (preferred) Industry Knowledge Understanding of the NZ retail landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour Exposure to seasonal GTM processes and merchandising Skills and Competencies Strong negotiation and influencing capability Confident communication and presentation skills High level of organisation and time management Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Comfort with both in-person and online selling environments Personal Attributes Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70 percent) Passion for sport, retail, and professional brand representation Ready to Step Into a High-Impact Sales Role?
