About the Role The Finance Manager will support the Senior Finance Manager in the delivery of financial management services across the organisation. This role is responsible for overseeing day to day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and supporting program teams with budget monitoring and financial reporting. The position requires a capable finance professional who can manage core accounting functions, provide financial insights and work closely with operational leaders across the business. Your Responsibilities: Process day to day financial transactions including invoices, payments and bookkeeping. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial data is current. Process payroll including wages, superannuation and employee records. Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger integrity. Prepare and lodge Activity Statements, Payroll Tax and PAYG reports. Prepare and analyse financial reports including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflow reports. Develop and maintain cashflow forecasts and financial projections. Support program managers with budget tracking and financial reporting. Prepare information required for auditors and funding bodies. Maintain financial records using MYOB, Excel and CALXA where required. Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations and workplace health and safety requirements. Skills and Experience Required Demonstrated experience managing day to day financial operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Proficiency using financial systems and accounting software. Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems. Strong working knowledge of MYOB is essential.
